Of course now that Gibbs is part of the team, turns out he does have things to say sometimes. Fortunately, Tony has a good alibi for the night in question.
A Marine imprisoned for embezzlement because of a case DiNozzo worked on three years ago is released and the Navy lieutenant who was a witness against him is found dead. But now you're making it right. Elaine states that her husband slipped. As for the case in itself, well it was pretty good and I do have to admit to enjoying the ending when DiNozzo pretty much looks the other way. Ziva: Are you going back to Mexico?
