This story was okay in my point of view we have read better ones , i guess that the happy ending was what made the story better. I enjoy reading romance, and for me this story was very easy to read. The three brothers and one sister are sitting around the breakfast table, discussing what each of them will do in the face of their sudden destitution. Her life before felt meaningless to her, and she wanted to get out of it. And here is this new relationship, its origins lie in an act of censuring of her power.

With no help from her brothers, Mabel is left to fend for herself. This story is about a little boy named Paul who is trying to gain love and affection from his greedy mother. Only the horse dealer's daughter, Mabel, remains silent. Later in the day, Mabel has a near-death encounter while she is at a pond, but luckily Dr. But still he had not the power to move out of her presence, until she sent him.
It is also noticeable that Jack in some ways feels connected to Mabel after he has saved her life. His works confront the dehumanizing effects of modernity and industrialization and are notable for their passionate intensity and for a sensuality that centers on the erotic. Joe is a man unlike those Mabel had grown up with. This pond symbolizes the start of their love for each other, since they fall madly in love afterwards.
